From 14 September 2009, users of FSTA Direct will find great improvements in the reporting and administration functionality of the platform combined with a significant increase in their speed and efficiency.
The administration system now allows local administrators to customise the appearance of FSTA Direct specifically for their users. Features include:
- Ability to display customer logos at the top of each screen and the provision of links to local (customer-written) help resources
- The selection of external resources to link to

FSTA Direct will support a wider range of reporting on usage. Administrators and standard users can track the numbers of searches run and records viewed, and a suite of new reports allows administrators to stay on top of account usage. These reports include:
- Account usage summary (numbers of searches, sessions, and turnaways by month in the current year to date)
- Records viewed – by user and source
- Turnaways – by user
- Searches run – by user
- Sessions by – user
FSTA Direct Prepay account holders will also have access to a report summarising transactions on the account.
